Metamorphosis, what an incredible process!
We look at a caterpillar and are amazed, but fail to recognise that metamorphosis is occurring all around in our everyday life.
It took until my early 30's for this caterpillar to be brave enough to begin the chrysalis stage.
Some days I felt that I was still trapped in my cocoon.
Now more than 10 years on I recognise that the butterfly did emerge but at the time was not quite game enough to spread her wings to dry.
I now soar on those wings but some days they still tremble!
